Bucks' Middleton, Portis exit Game 2 with injuries

The Bucks lost forwards Khris Middleton and Bobby Portis during Wednesday's Game 2 against the Bulls, Middleton to a sore knee after he slipped and Portis to an eye abrasion after taking an elbow to the face.
